Strawberry Fields
Ingredients
- 4 oz Ca' Furlan Prosecco Rose 'Cuvee Mariana'
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- Sliced strawberries
- Add ice to a glass.
- Pour vodka and lemon juice over ice. Stir.
- Top off with Ca' Furlan Prosecco Rose 'Cuvee Mariana' and strawberries.
Prosecco Spritz
Ingredients
- 3 oz Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'
- 1 oz White Vermouth
- 1 oz Aperol, or similar aperitivo
- ½ oz sparkling water
- Orange wheel for garnish
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add Vermouth and Aperol to the glass.
- Add Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice' and sparkling water
- Garnish with an orange wheel.
Prosecco Margarita
Ingredients
- 1 750ml bottle of Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'
- 1 cup Tequila Silver
- 1 ½ cups freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ cup simple syrup
- Lime wheel for garnish
- Coarse salt for rim
- Place a layer of coarse salt on a small plate. Moisten the rim of the glass with lime juice. Dip the glass in the salt and roll to cover the rim.
- Add ice to the salted glass.
- Combine tequila and lime juice. Stir.
- Add Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'.
- Garnish with lime wheel.
Mezcal Spritz
Ingredients
- 4 oz Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'
- 1 oz Mezcal
- ¾ oz Aperol
- ¼ oz Grapefruit Juice
- Grapefruit slice for garnish
- Add ice to glass.
- Using a cocktail mixer, add mezcal, Aperol and grapefruit juice. Shake to mix.
- Add ice to glass. Pour mixture over ice.
- Top off with Prosecco.
- Garnish with grapefruit slice.
Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco
Ingredients
- 3 cups Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'
- 1 cup Limoncello
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 5 Sprigs Fresh Mint
- In a large pitcher, combine limoncello and Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'.
- Add ice to glass. Pour the drink from the pitcher over the ice.
- Add mint sprigs for garnish.
Sbagliato
Ingredients
- 4 oz Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'
- 1 oz White Vermouth
- ½ oz Campari
- Club soda to taste
- Lime wheel for garnish
- Fill glass with ice.
- Pour Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice' into the glass. Add vermouth and Campari and top off with club soda. Gently stir.
- Garnish with lime wheel.
Old Cuban
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'
- 1 ½ oz Rum
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes of bitters
- 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
- Muddle some mint leaves and add them to a glass.
- Add ice to the glass.
- Add rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Shake.
- Pour rum mixture into the glass. Top off with Prosecco.
Strawberry Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'
- 1 ½ oz Gin
- 1 ½ oz Tonic Water
- 5 Fresh Strawberries
- Ice
- Place ice cubes in your glass of choice.
- Pour gin into the glass. Pour lime juice, Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice', and tonic water over the gin.
- Add strawberries and use a slice for garnish.
French 75
Ingredients
- 3 oz Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'
- 1 ½ oz Gin
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- Lemon peel for garnish
- Add ice, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Shake well, then strain into a flute glass.
- Top with Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'.
- Twist a lemon peel and use as garnish.
Moscato Sangria
Ingredients
- 1 750ml bottle Ca' Furlan Sparkling Moscato 'Cuvee Adriana'
- 1 bottle Orange liqueur
- 8 oz sparkling water
- 2 limes
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 green apple
- Mint for garnish
- Cut limes, orange, and lemon into slices.
- Combine Ca' Furlan Sparkling Moscato 'Cuvee Adriana', orange liqueur, and sparkling water in a pitcher.
- Add cut fruit into the pitcher. Let stand in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours.
- Add ice to glasses. Pour sangria over ice.
- Garnish with mint.
Lemon Mint Sparkler
Ingredients
- 4 oz Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'
- 3 oz Vodka
- 1 ¾ oz triple sec
- 1 ¾ oz lemon juice
- 3 mint sprigs
- Add Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice', vodka, lemon juice, triple sec, and mint sprigs to a glass. Muddle.
- Add ice to the glass and stir.
- Top with Prosecco.
Cranberry Orange Spritzer
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'
- 4 tablespoons orange liqueur
- 4 tablespoons cranberry juice
- 12 fresh cranberries
- 1 orange
- 4 rosemary sprigs
- Pour 1 tablespoon orange liqueur and 1 tablespoon cranberry juice into each glass (serves 4).
- Add cranberries to each glass and fill with Ca' Furlan Prosecco 'Cuvee Beatrice'.
- Add orange slices and garnish with rosemary sprigs. Enjoy!
